Housed in the beautifully restored 1907 historic Cleveland County Courthouse, the Earl Scruggs Center offers a variety of services and spaces for all types of special events. The Great Hall at the Earl Scruggs Center can be rented for a variety of uses including meetings, workshops, retreats, holiday parties, class reunions, weddings, showers, rehearsal dinners, anniversary celebrations or whatever else you want to celebrate! The Earl Scruggs Center team brings experience and the desire to make your event one of a kind and memorable for you and your guests.

- Up to 12 5ft banquet round tables
- Up to 96 chairs
- Up to 4 6ft rectangle tables
- Use of the Catering Kitchen
- AV Package - 2 70inch TV screens with HDMI hookup for your laptop
Meeting Packages
Host your next meeting in a unique and inspiring setting at the Earl Scruggs Center. Our meeting packages accommodate up to 40 guests (additional guests can be added for a small fee) and offer a range of amenities to suit your needs:
- Standard ($350) – Enjoy a coffee bar, access to our exhibits, and a professional meeting space (no outside food allowed). Available from 10 AM – 4 PM.
- Premium ($500) – Includes all Standard features, plus the option to bring food and an ESC-branded pen for each guest.
- Gold ($650) – Upgrade to Gold for all Premium perks plus bottled water for attendees and extended availability from 8 AM – 5 PM.

Small Event Package
Host an intimate gathering in a unique and welcoming space at the Earl Scruggs Center. Our Small Event Package is perfect for birthdays, showers, reunions, and more (not for weddings or large events).
- $500 for a 4-hour rental (includes setup and cleanup) between 10 AM – 4 PM
- Accommodates up to 50 guests
- Mimosa Bar Add-On: Enhance your event with a 2-hour mimosa bar for $350, featuring classic mimosas and momosa options.

Wedding Packages

- Gold ($3,500) – The ultimate package, including everything in Premium, plus access for your rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception, a hospitality suite with refreshments, and a video message booth to capture heartfelt moments.
