Beginner Banjo Experience – Part 1

Every day is Banjo Day at the Earl Scruggs Center, but May is Banjo Month for Musical Explorations. In this two part series, instructor Justin Harper will teach young learners about the fascinating history of the banjo and give beginner playing instruction.

For the safety of participants, instruments will be disinfected prior to the program and participants will only be allowed to touch their assigned instrument. We will use social distancing guidelines to spread participants out in the workshop room. Face coverings are required, per North Carolina and ESC guidelines.
