DARIN AND BROOKE ALDRIDGE

This bluegrass and gospel duo is receiving widespread recognition from Nashville and beyond for their talents. Their most recent album recently went to No. 2 on the bluegrass charts.

With Darin’s incredible instrumental skills and Brooke’s powerful and rich voice these two are making a name for themselves. Their rich harmonies, supported by a first-rate band, showcase two fine individual voices that blend incredibly.

They have been recognized at International Bluegrass Music Association as well as on gospel and bluegrass charts for their work.

Darin has been performing since he was six years old growing up in Cherryville, N.C. His talent is as an instrumentalist and songwriter has led him to a career in music both as an award winning performer as well as a teacher, sharing the skills and passion for keeping roots music alive.

Darin, has performed with the groups Acoustic Syndicate, The Country Gentlemen, The Circuit Riders and Blue Highway among others. He has been nominated for the Society for the Preservation of Bluegrass Music mandolin player of the year award four times.

Brooke grew up in the mountains of Avery County and didn’t realize her love for singing until she was a teenager. In 2004 she placed 3rd in the Nashville Star competition in Georgia.
