EMILY MCKEE

Emily McKee lives in Shelby, NC, with her husband and son. Originally from the suburbs of Raleigh, she moved to Shelby in 2020. She has a background in early childhood education, previously working with children ages 0-5 and loving the opportunity to see them grow and learn. She also worked as an event coordinator for weddings, parties, and other special occasions. Now primarily a stay-at-home mom, Emily enjoys helping out and working at the Earl Scruggs Center in guest services and special events. She has a deep love for all kinds of music and enjoys exploring the history behind it.

Fun Fact: I have 2 chocolate labs and a house bunny.
