Songwriting Retreat
Join acclaimed songwriter and educator Mike Mitchell—chart-topping bluegrass artist and leader of the IBMA Songwriters Mentorship Program—for a weekend retreat designed to spark creativity, collaboration, and the craft of great songwriting.
Held at the Hunt House in idyllic Lattimore, NC, just 10 minutes from the Earl Scruggs Center, this immersive weekend invites you to spend time in the community that inspired Earl and, in turn, be inspired to learn, connect, and create.
The retreat features instructional workshops, co-writing opportunities, jamming, and a song swap house concert—all in a welcoming, music-filled atmosphere.
