Daniel Coston is a Charlotte-based photographer, writer, videographer, and music historian. His photography credits include work with Johnny Cash, the Avett Brothers, the Beach Boys, the Monkees, Wilco, Chatham County Lines, and many, many more. His work has been published in many major publications in the United States and Europe, and several TV networks. Coston is the author of five books, including North Carolina Musicians: Photographs and Conversations, publishes by McFarland in 2013.
