FREEJoin us Saturday, July 8th from 5:00pm – 8:00pm for our 4th Annual Pickin’ on the Square Series! We are also holding our Community Exhibit Opening Celebration for our latest special exhibit, David Holt: Photos, Music & Stories. Exhibit admission is FREE and open to the public during the Pickin’ on the Square.
Pickers, jam informally around the square or sign up for a performance slot! All playing levels welcome. Secure instrument check is available.
Not a picker? Come and bring your family and friends and sit back and enjoy as we celebrate the tradition of bluegrass music. Take part in complimentary kids crafts, homemade ice cream, yard games, and more!
What do Rocks and Banjos have in common? You can “Pick” one Saturday at the Pickin’! Earl Scruggs Center will have our Banjo Petting Zoo available for kids and adults alike to enjoy. We also are joining in on the Cleveland Rocks fun! We will have a bucket of rocks and paints for you to come and create your own masterpiece while enjoying live music. Staff has also painted some to hide….and if you find it during the Pickin’, you can redeem it for a prize! And, make sure to visit the exhibits because you just might find one there…
Interested in visiting the exhibits? Since this Pickin’ is also the celebration for the opening of our newest special exhibit: David Holt: Photos, Music & Stories there is FREE ADMISSION for all attendees from 5 pm – 8 pm.
