Holiday Tea and Parade of Tables

Join us for our 3rd Annual Holiday Tea and Parade of Tables! Enjoy live music and take part in our raffle while you savor pastries, finger sandwiches and, of course, tea. You will want to join us for this fun and enjoyable afternoon. All proceeds benefit the Earl Scruggs Center.

To purchase tickets, please call us at 704.487.6233 or visit the center. Tickets are $20 per seat. Flint Hill and table sponsor priority registration begins September 13th. All other membership levels and volunteer registration begins September 20th. Registration for the general public and online registration begins September 27th.

Interested in sponsoring a table?
As a table sponsor, you become the designer for a (5ft/60″) round table for 8 guests. There are two options to sponsor a table:
- A $200 general sponsorship (this does not include seating for the event)
- A $350 corporate sponsorship (this includes 8 seats for the event)

All proceeds benefit the Earl Scruggs Center and are tax-deductible , as we are a 501(c)3 nonprofit. With the purchase of a table, you will be provided with a serving tray (for display of food), condiment holders (for pastry spreads), and promotion of your business through social media.
